By using our website and placing orders, you agree to these terms.

Products: Flowers are perishable and natural, using only locally grown PNW materials. Most arrangements are Fieldwork-style designer’s choice, made with the freshest seasonal blooms available. Customers may add descriptive notes (e.g., extra wild, more controlled, preferred colors) in the order memo; otherwise, we create in our signature style. We reserve the right to substitute similar flowers of equal or greater value to ensure quality and freshness.

Orders & delivery: Orders are confirmed upon payment. Delivery times are estimates; we are not liable for delays beyond our control (e.g., weather, traffic). Incorrect addresses provided by you may result in failed delivery without refund. Local delivery is required for flowers in a vase.

Pricing & payment: Prices exclude delivery fees/taxes unless stated. We may change prices at any time. Full payment is required to process orders.

Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled before preparation; after that, no cancellation/refund due to perishability.

Custom/event orders: Considered final once confirmed; deposits non-refundable.

Liability: We are not responsible for allergic reactions, damage after delivery, or misuse of products.

Changes to terms: We may update these terms and continued use constitutes acceptance.
